Join us Saturday, May 6, 2023* for family friendly fun in-person event with virtual options. Featuring an in-person 10K, 5K and 2 Mile Family Walk.

New this year: In-Person 10K participants receive (2) FREE Blue Moon beers!!
All participants will receive an official RunWalk for the Kids goody bag!!
We are also excited to announce the "Norfolk Heroes 18K Challenge" in partnership
